None are harmful, and we're happy to help remove them. We maintain monthly pest control and work hard to keep the home clean. No weapons allowed. Check-in details are provided one day before your reservation. Access is fully self-check-in, we will provide you the front lock code and we have a professional front desk team available 24/7 for any assistance you may need during your stay. Extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. 5. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. 6. We must be informed of all the cars that will be coming for your reservation. 7. All cars must be parked in the property's garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. 8. No smoking is allowed indoors. If a guest smokes indoors the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident. 9. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed. Please make sure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. 10. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 11. Garbage is picked up by the city on certain days. We will let you know the night before so you can leave the trash out from 7 p.m. onwards, ready for pick-up at 7 a.m. the next day. 12. House-trained pets are allowed with a fee of $150 USD per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. The number of pets you bring must be discussed and authorized by us in advance. 13. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. 14. Any violation of our house rules could cost part of or the entire security deposit (plus penalty fees if applicable) and even the non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation. 15. No weapons of any kind are permitted on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers and explosives. Violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to local authorities.
